Raw log files are available at your request, however there is no monthly plan associated with raw log files. They are simply requested on a one time basis. You can request your log files as many times as you want, however each time you request them, there will be a small one-time fee.
On a side note: raw log files are very large and can be very confusing to someone who is not used to working with them. Unless you are utilizing a program to analize them, they are too cumbersom to decipher.
Note: Not all Hosting Plans have raw log files available.
Why should I be aware of the Log Rotation Schedule?
Log files can be huge; even for websites that do not get much activity. In order to keep your website running fast and enhance performance on the server, these files are deleted often. If you are using any of the statistic program. Check the network status page to learn about the next time these files will be deleted. Once the log files are deleted, your statistics may be lost and your log files will be permanently gone. Be sure to request a copy of the files or save your statistics before these dates.
