How to close my account

If you would like to cancel your account, you may do so at any time. To close your account:

Send an email to sales@advertisingsolutions.net in it include:

• Your Name;
• Your Phone Number;
• Your URL;
• A statement requesting that your account be canceled;
• A brief description why you want to cancel;
• When you want your account and the site to be closed..

Once we receive your request we will send you a confirmation email and will close your account within the next few days or within the time you have requested. Please note that for standard accounts, 45 days notice is needed.

Important things to note before requesting to have your account closed.

• We will not be able to honor account cancellation requests if the required information above is missing.
• Easy Site hosting accounts can be closed at any time however since these plans are paid in full for an entire year, no refund or prorating can be issued. Likewise hosting accounts that are paid in full for a year are not eligible for prorating.
• All other quality billed hosting accounts require a 45 day notice before your account is terminated. If your account is to be closed in mid billing cycle, no prorating is available. If your account is terminated less then 45 days before the next billing cycle, your account will be billed for the next cycle with a prorating of the days you have not used.
