Information to have before you call.

Before you call for technical support, please have the following available:

  • Please be sure you are authorized to get support. For security reasons we cannot talk to anyone but instead will only talk to authorized contacts.
  • Your Name;
  • Internet Access;
  • Any usernames or passwords you have should you be calling regarding something that requires a username and password;
  • The URL of the website;
  • A brief overview of what is wrong and what you need help with.
  • We also ask that you have read the scope of support section as well to make sure that we can render assistance regarding your issue.

Scope of Technical Support for Professional Hosting Plans

Our technical support staff is here to help you with many aspects of the website and email. This service is free with most Professional Hosting Plans both via phone and email. Our technical support department assists our clients with email issues including setup on their computers as well as changes to the site, issues with using available products and technical consulting with website issues.

We cannot however:

  • We cannot assist you with problems viewing your website or email connection issues that are caused by problems on your end in your office or with your isp. Our staff will help you as much as they can and verify that the problem is not located on our side.
  • We cannot help you with issues that have nothing to do with our services such as installing a network, downloading photos from your digital camera or recommendations on buying a computer.
  • We cannot assist you with non-supported programs such as email clients that are non-windows related. Our support staff will guide you through the setup process step-by-step with Outlook Express, Window's Mail or Thunderbird only. We cannot help you with step-by-step instructions with other programs such as Eudora or Outlook.
  • We cannot assist you in setting up or troubleshooting email issues that are caused by or have to deal with your personal mail servers, firewalls, anti-spam programs and other issues that can interfere with your connection to our network.
  • We cannot assist you in cleaning out your email box from spam or retrieving email that you have already deleted.
  • We cannot assist you with installation issues such as installing a web browser or other type of software on your computer.
